Pick up

We are not liable for damage to the balloon caused by customers after picking it up.

Please keep sharp objects away from the balloon and put it in the back seat of your car instead of in the trunk

Caution for flower

Flowers contain metal wiring. Please don’t bend or handle with too much force as the metal wire may become exposed.

Always handle carefully and monitor in front of young children.

Wrapping paper, ribbon colour or party hat

Wrapping paper, ribbon colour and party hat colours will be chosen by us that is consistent with the colour scheme of the flowers you choose.

The colours of the wrapping paper, style of wrapping or ribbon colour and party hat cannot be chosen.

For Pick Up Orders

1. You must commit to your scheduled pick-up time.

2. A notice of at least 24 hours is required if you wish to reschedule your pick-up time.

3. Any late (30 minutes or more) or no-shows will require a new appointment and scheduled pick-up time.

4. We will not be accommodating unconfirmed and sudden visits and requests for pick-ups.

Refund

We are unable to give refunds if you change your mind as the product is customised. Please choose and purchase carefully.
