Once you receive the balloon, it should last over a month or more if you store it well :)

3. Avoid keeping it in cold and hot places as it may shrink or expand the balloon

For Delivery Orders

Once payment is received, we will post the product within 1-2 business days from Sydney NSW.

Estimated Delivery Times

If receiving within NSW: Allow 1 - 2 business days for standard delivery. 1 business day for express delivery.

If receiving outside of NSW: Allow 3 - 7 business days for standard delivery. 1 - 3 business days for express delivery

For Pick Up Orders

1. You must commit to your scheduled pick-up time.

2. A notice of at least 24 hours is required if you wish to reschedule your pick-up time.

3. Any late (30 minutes or more) or no-shows will require a new appointment and scheduled pick-up time.

4. We will not be accommodating unconfirmed and sudden visits and requests for pick-ups.

Refund

We are unable to give refunds if you change your mind as the product is customised. Please choose and purchase carefully.
